Can you supply hardware?  We can supply Wireless Access Points, Switches, Routers, Phone Systems etc

I already have a network with faults, do you repair other peoples work? Yes, unfortunately there are "cowboys" out there, we can't guarantee it but we will endeavour to repair other peoples work.

Do you only do large jobs?  No, no matter what size of the job we can help. Whether it be adding a telephone extension to the bedroom or a 500 point network we have the skill and tools to complete the task to YOUR schedule.

What do you charge?  Each job is priced on it's own requirements, for this reason we offer a free* quotation service. You are under NO obligation to accept the quotation. As a guide our prices for a telephone extension is roughly half of what BT charge (source- BT website), you can have an extra extension from as little as £50.00. (* T&C's apply to on site surveys)

My patch cabinet is a mess!! Can you help?  Yes, we offer a patch cabinet tidying service.

I require a custom cable, can you help?  Yes, we offer a cable making service, leads can be made to YOUR specification from as little as £15.00.

I have installed my own wiring and just need the ends terminating, can you help?  Yes*, we offer a cable terminating service, we are however unable to offer any performance warranty on cables not installed by us. *T&C's apply

Do you accept credit cards? We currently only accept credit cards for online orders. Network installs are completed on an invoice on job completion basis-payable 30 day's from invoice date.

Are you VAT Registered? Yes-Our registration number is 869 5716 63. All Invoices show VAT, the website shows prices including AND excluding VAT.

Can I collect my order? No, we are mail order only, we have no merchant facilities on site.

Can I order over the telephone? No, for security all orders must be placed via our website.
