There are two options for running a dedicated ADSL extension off the 6 way (NTE2005) filtered faceplate. First is the NTE2005 extension kit as seen here :-http://www.run-it-direct.co.uk/BTNTE2000EX10M.html

This kit comes with full instructions but basically all that is required is to plug the RJ45 plug of the supplied cable into the ADSL port on the faceplate (or chop the plug off & terminate directly to the A & B IDC connections on the rear of the faceplate, Blue/White goes to A and Blue goes to B), at the other end you terminate the BLUE pair of cables to 4 & 5 on the socket. Blue goes to 4 & White/Blue goes to 5. The supplied instructions can be viewed here :-http://www.run-it-direct.co.uk/ADSLEXinstructions.pdf

The second option is to use the RJ11 modules we sell:-http://www.run-it-direct.co.uk/RJ11socket.html. In this instance again terminate the wire (CW1308 or CAT5e) to the A & B connections on the faceplate, Blue/White goes to A and Blue goes to B, at the RJ11 socket end terminate to pins 3 & 4. Blue goes to 3 & Blue/White goes to 4.
