News of BT iPlate (Interstitial Plate)

The I Plate has been rebranded for some time now, it is now known as the BT Broad Band Accelerator. Note the item design is unchaged from the original I Plate, nothing has changed other than the name!!!

Below is a picture of the BT I Plate PCB, at the top you can see the RF filter that is designed to remove RF interference from the line(similar concept to a BT 80A RF2 as seen here, although a BT 80A RF3 is the SAME filter )



At the bottom is the main feature-the bell wire filter(or inductor).

Although at present we do not stock the BT I Plate we have compiled this fitting guide so you can see just how easy it is to fit the I Plate or I Plate Alternative that we sell.
First off you can only fit the I Plate to earlier NTE5's without the bell wire filter already fitted, as far as BT supplied NTE5's go anything with a BT Openreach logo DOES NOT NEED AN I ...
