Our BT to RJ45 patch leads are designed to patch a standard BT telephone line (which can also have broad band ADSL or VDSL on it) into what is known as structured cabling. Most people will know of this cabling when it's referred to by its specification type, CAT5e or CAT6 being the two most common. The leads are wired for PABX converters (& will also work with our RJ45 ADSL/VDSL microfilter) so we do not have to patch what is known as the ring wire which can induce electrical noise onto the network or broadband if enabled on the telephone line which is being patched. Our cables are made from high quality CW1308 twisted pair cable & the plugs feature gold plated pins for excellent noise rejection.
