I can't really rate you as I have only just ordered the goods. But I do wonder why I haven't been given an order number and why I haven't received an email acknowledgement of my order. My order seems to have gone off into a void. And if I need to contact you about the order, will I be able to identify it for you without a number? I don't know, but would like to know! It's not very reassuring. I shall keep my fingers crossed, but shouldn't have to. Hence, in part, the average rating.
Reply: You would receive an automated email receipt from us, have you checked your spam/junk email folders? To answer your question, of course we can identify your order via a post code or first line of your address. We send TWO emails; the first is a simple receipt with your order number & items ordered. The second has a full VAT invoice attached. We have actually sent a third email in this case to make sure you are aware of this, please reply to us ASAP!
