First time visit to site and hope the service is OK, so suspect feedback of limited use at present.

Hi,
Many thanks or your help. The BT VDSL/ADSL faceplate, arrived within 24 hours of ordering. I fitted it to the existing NTE5 faceplate and removed all of the filters from elsewhere in the house and my internet speed has risen from 2.97Mb/S (annoying) to 4.78 Mb/S (satisfactory). Thank you very much, I very much appreciate your help, advice and excellent service. All the best John Price |

Very simple & easy order process. The website's 'Live Chat' feature, which linked me to very knowledgable staff, was invaluable in helping me to buy the correct item for the job in hand. Will definately use this site again in the future.
