Spoke to run-IT-direct via the Live Messenger facility and they provided me with some excellent advice to help with my master socket move. I have ordered the necessary parts and I have already been advised they have been despatched.

Super service!!! I ordered this on late Friday afternoon and although I got an email saying it had been shipped, I didn't expect it until later next week. Imagine my pleasant surprise when the postman knocked Saturday morning with the item. It's now fully fitted and doing a great job. Thanks

Very good straightforward service.Also excellent guidance as to what part I required & related advice.Only minor gripe is delivery is expensive.Would sooner forego next day recorded delivery for a cheaper second class option.
