Fast, straight forward and simple to order. ;-)
Unlike the crap today, having to register, login, etc, etc. |

Easy to use the site. Products that I wanted were available. Red suits one of the Cat5e cables I ordered, but I would have preferred a putty colour for the other. I will live with it though.
Reply: Hi, Thanks for your order, we've dropped you an email with some choices on the cable colour

Very efficient, just remember that the latest face plates are RJ45 not RJ11 cable sockets.
Reply: Hello John, ALL of our filtered face plates are RJ45 (which will also accept an RJ11 plug). This is in the specification of each product.

Very quick and efficient service, item arrived next day as promised.
The way that the front cover (just about clips on) is a bit disappointing and may be an issue in the long term - never had this problem in the olden days with BT products when every thing was screwed together securely ........ |
