A very easy and simple transaction for what I required. It would be helpful if there was some explanation about different terminal boxes, I found information from Youtube videos to guide me. Also, I had no idea that the crimp connectors I needed were called Jelly Connectors so initial searches on the site returned nil.

I have been charged £10.65 Not 8.65 why?
6.65 for ADSL filter plus and £2.00 delivery.  Reply: Hi, As per your email receipt & what would have been shown in the cart the above prices are subject to VAT @ 20% (£1.72) giving a total of £10.32.
