I had an issue with the Verified by Visa page on ordering. This was sorted out in minutes and the goods arrived the next day. Brilliant service. Thanks.

Problems with the Verified by Visa page, left me not knowing if my order has been placed or not.
Reply: Hi Mick, the Verfied by Visa page is beyond our control, the page loads in an iframe which is provided directly from your bank. We send a confirmation email once your order is placed & can see this was done. We've also answered your email querying this order so hopfully it will be with you tomorrow & your confidence in us is restored.
