Everything was easy except that there didn't appear to be a confirm button on the Visa verification pane - luckily the control key worked instead
Reply: Hi Andrew, the submit button should appear in the iframe, this is direct from the bank & is beyond our control.

Pictures on the website are great but it did get confusing at times what was being offered. Probably would be best putting either bullet points format or description under the pics of what was and wasn't included to make it simpler and quicker.
Reply: Hi Mark, we've checked the product pages for what you ordered & all of the pictures already have descriptions under them. Please drop us an email if there was a particular image that you found that did not have the description under it & we'll get it rectified. Thanks

If the delivery is as good as the forum/support then I will be very pleased.
3 emails to a competitor and NOT one reply. Would not hesitate to recommend you |
